This is a series of poster-related projects for my design systems course this past semester, and I absolutely love all three of them! The first poster was assigned as an infographic, and was dutifully inspired by my sweet, precious fourteen-year-old Chihuahua baby named Titan. He is such a kind old man that I personally take it upon myself to show the world that Chihuahuas are not mean and are, in fact, just poorly trained dogs. I mean, if you were eight inches tall, you'd probably be pretty scared most of the time, too! I really enjoyed the illustrations that I was able to do in this project, and I think the monochrome color scheme works great.
The latter two posters were created for an assignment that had us choose a specific "controversial" debate topic and create two posters, one for the topic and one against it. As such an opinionated individual, it was definitely difficult for me to decide on a topic that I felt comfortable enough to actually argue both sides of, but after landing on the topic of gun rights, I am really happy and morally pleased with where both of my posters ended up. The "pro-gun" poster especially stands out to me, as I loved how inspired by various other propaganda posters it is, heavy use of red and yellows always helps in that respect!
